Flower Drying Crystals , 1.5-Pound, Pack of 12

Okay, but there are better products
This works just fine for it's intended purpose. But, the shape of the crystals makes it hard to work with. They are little round balls, so when you pour the product they bounce everywhere. In addition, I paid $14.99 for 1.5 lb, which is expensive. I went to Michaels and bought a 5 lb. container of Activa brand for $14.99 plus I had a 40% off coupon. Activa is a granular type (like sand) so it's easier to work with. (I don't work for Activa) .This is a good product, I just personally don't like the bead type because it's a pain to have it bounce all over when you work with it.

Great also for scientists
This silica gel works great and is a great deal also for instant-drying of plant material for scientific research (e.g. DNA extraction). Make sure you keep the bags perfectly sealed (e.g. high-quality zip-blocks, Nalgene bottles, or equivalent) to keep the silicagel dry, when not in use. Easy to microwave for re-use. Recommended to any field botanist or plant scientist.

Get a Sifter or Screen Patch
Great product, transitions correctly when absorbing water.

Downside:
Much silica dust, as one other reviewer has pointed out.
I find this dust a little scary, as I certainly do not want to inhale it, and it could pose irritation problems to skin.

Solution:
I would sift out the powder before working with this stuff.
